Our childcare program in Yarrabilba is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. As the leader of our OSHC program, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, security, and wellbeing of the children in our care.

We are seeking an experienced childcare professional who is passionate about working with children and supporting their families. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership style and be able to build meaningful relationships with all families, children, and the broader school community.

Responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing daily routines, menus, and programs that cater to the diverse needs of the children in our care.
- Building partnerships with families and the school community to ensure we provide a high-quality service that meets their needs.

**Requirements:**

- At least 2 years' experience in a leadership position working in OSHC or Long Day Care
- Hold a Diploma level or above ACECQA approved qualification (Diploma in Children's Services, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, Graduate Diploma in Education, Bachelor of Education)
- Hold a current First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Asthma and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain;
- Hold a current Blue Card (Working with Children Check).

**Work Details:**

- Full-time, permanent role with a 38 hour week including split shifts during term time
- Operating hours of 6am-9am for before school care, 2pm-6pm for after school care, and 6am-6pm during vacation care.
