Workshop Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to lead our team of Mechanics at our Sydney Airport Workshop.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing day-to-day operations, motivating a team of skilled mechanics, and championing continuous improvement across all workshop practices.

The successful candidate will have a strong connection with our values – Passion, Integrity, Respect, Authenticity, Humility.

A Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent qualification) and Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) licence are essential requirements.

  • A proven ability in managing workshop staff as well as influencing and creating a positive work culture.
  • Strong computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) with the ability to learn our in-house systems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse workforce.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
