About the Role
As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This includes managing logistics, customer service, sales, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with 3PL providers to ensure they meet service level agreements and quality standards.
- Optimizing inventory management processes to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
- Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers, negotiating contracts and rates as required.
- Working with other departments to incorporate logistics into company procedures and operations.
- Evaluating performance metrics to assess operational efficiency and implement enhancements.
- Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO standards.
- Liaising with customer service and sales teams to support customer satisfaction goals.
Sales Strategy
You will also be responsible for reviewing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives. This includes:
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential customers.
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and improve sales performance.
- Ensuring the sales process is streamlined and adheres to company standards and policies.
Warranty and Customer Service
You will oversee the warranty process, ensuring that warranty claims are handled efficiently and in a customer-centric manner. This includes:
- Collaborating with product development and quality assurance teams to identify and address recurring product issues.
- Implementing improvements to enhance the warranty management process and reduce overall warranty costs.
Leadership and Team Management
As a senior member of our operations team, you will lead and coach a team, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members. You will also:
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficiency measures to optimize workflows and productivity.
- Foster open communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
