Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the planning and successful delivery of a portfolio of development projects.

About The Role

The Program Manager will provide assistance to senior leaders to strategise overall project delivery from feasibility to occupancy. They will coordinate a team of internal Project Managers and external resources as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.

The role is based in a corporate office with a flexible work policy allowing a portion of work from home.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role managing complex projects.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management systems.
  • Hold and maintain a valid Working with Children Check.
  • An active Christian faith and church involvement.
  • Commitment to live and work in accordance with the Christian Faith and its values.
