The Role

  • Support feasibility assessments, due diligence, and financial planning for new projects
  • Assist with design coordination and consultant engagement
  • Contribute to preparation and submission of development applications and approvals
  • Undertake market research, site analysis, and competitor evaluation
  • Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for senior management and clients
  • Assist in procurement, tender analysis, and contractor/consultant engagement
  • Monitor project budgets, risks, and timelines from feasibility through delivery
  • Attend and minute client, consultant, and authority meetings
  • Provide administrative support to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date

The Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Property Development, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in development or project management
  • Understanding of the full development lifecycle – feasibility, design, approvals, delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
  • Well-developed communication and negotiation skills; able to liaise with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Procore
  • Ambitious, proactive, and committed to building a career in development management
