Job Opportunity

The key objective of this position is to provide strategic leadership and oversight to a portfolio of development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role managing complex projects.
  • Proven record managing high performing teams consistently achieving delivery goals.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management systems.
