Job Title: Project CoordinatorAbout the Role:

The Regional Connectivity team is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage all aspects of project management within complex telecommunications construction projects.

  • Responsibilities include managing procurements, and the rollout and delivery of large-scale initiatives.
  • The Project Coordinator will provide expert advice and recommendations to support decision making on challenging telecommunications projects.

Our ideal candidate will have exposure to and/or experience in the telecommunications sector with a focus on delivering telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project planning, development, and implementation, ensuring timely, quality outcomes following agency methodologies.
  2. Demonstrated capability in establishing stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issue management.
  3. Skills in monitoring and evaluating project implementation, including risk management and quality measures.
  4. Experience in conducting research and analysis to inform program design and enhancement.
  5. Provide advice and support to stakeholders on emerging issues, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  6. Collaborate with teams and external providers to ensure governance and legal compliance throughout project delivery.
