Key Responsibilities:- Drive business outcomes through contemporary People & Culture business partnering to enable senior leaders deliver organisational goals.
- Lead people planning cycles ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee a talented team focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
- Guide organisational change with a people-centric approach, supporting enterprise compliance.
- Partner with Employee Relations to support a constructive employee experience and manage risk.
- Model transformational leadership inspiring trust, collaboration and improvement.
- Significant experience leading HR Business Partnering at a strategic level.
- Proven ability to influence and build credibility with executive stakeholders.
- Expertise in organisational change, capability development and people planning.
- Sound understanding of employment law, industrial relations and contemporary HR practices.
- High-level communication, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Organisational Psychology, Business or related field preferred.
- Experience in government or large, complex environments highly valued.
