Empowering Career Development Specialist

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate clients in achieving job readiness and securing employment opportunities.
Key responsibilities encompass:
- Encouraging participants through suitable activities to discover their own employment avenues;
- Nurturing relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities for our clients;
- Reverse marketing clients to potential employers;
- Placing participants in sustainable employment, leading to positive outcomes;
- Ensuring all activities are accurately recorded, documented, and comply with relevant requirements;
- Providing exceptional service to clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.
Our ideal candidate will possess experience in customer service or a client-facing role, with a minimum of one year's experience, preferably demonstrated expertise in working with individuals overcoming challenges.
