Administrative Officer Role

We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Administrative Officer to support the operations of our Student Association.

  • Frontline reception and administrative services across student-facing programs, including clubs, grant administration, and general enquiries.
  • Data management, invoice processing, and coordination of finance and staffing administration across multiple teams.

The successful candidate will bring proven administrative experience and the ability to manage a variety of tasks within a busy environment. They will be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly, demonstrating strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and financial literacy.
