Customer Experience Representative

The primary role of a Customer Experience Representative is to deliver exceptional service to guests by providing tailored experiences that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the customer services team to ensure seamless operational tasks.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities and the surrounding community to provide guests with expert recommendations.
  • Accommodate guest requests for room assignments while prioritizing preferences whenever possible.
  • Handle general inquiries, creating meaningful interactions that cater to individual guest requirements.
  • Assist with verifying and adjusting billing for guests while following up with guest questions and requests, emphasizing attention to detail.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and new guests through personalized interactions and thoughtful service, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
About You / Qualifications
  • Proficiency in OPERA property management system or similar platforms.
  • Relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Motivated to advance your career in the hospitality industry.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and energetic in a fast-paced environment.
