Job Title: Guest Service Agent

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Port Douglas Resort. As the welcoming face of the resort, you will ensure our guests enjoy a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answer enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Assist with reservations and payments
  • Provide local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel/resort preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using computer systems and ability to learn new software
  • Presentation professionally and have a positive, can-do attitude
