Women's Health Education Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Endometriosis Education Specialist to lead educational initiatives focused on improving the standard of care for patients with endometriosis.
About the RoleThis externally facing role is key to enhancing patient outcomes. You will deliver high-quality education and training to healthcare professionals, helping them better diagnose, treat, and manage this complex condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver tailored educational programs on endometriosis management
- Proactively engage with healthcare professionals via face-to-face visits, calls, and emails
- Coordinate and schedule appointments with clinics and stakeholders
- Conduct workshops and training sessions using various formats
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to promote best practices
- Provide ongoing support and share insights to inform broader medical strategy
- Maintain accurate records and report on KPIs and program outcomes
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Clinical experience in women's health and/or endometriosis is desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build relationships across commercial and clinical teams
- Experience in developing and delivering healthcare education
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively
- Understanding of medical terminology, treatment pathways, and healthcare systems
