The Assistant Project Manager role involves supporting junior project managers in their career development, working alongside industry specialists on Defence and nuclear related projects.

Key responsibilities include assisting with tender submissions, drafting technical content, coordinating document production, transmittal of documents, and maintaining project management registers.

Additional duties involve coordinating proposal development activities, preparing operational and market sector governance reporting, and supporting administrative tasks such as timesheet management and travel coordination.

To be successful in this position, candidates should possess 5+ years of post-graduate project management experience, preferably within the Department of Defence. Relevant tertiary qualifications are also advantageous.
