We're seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to propel exponential brand growth in wholesale within the APAC market.

This role involves uncovering new opportunities with current and new retail partners, building strong relationships, and driving commercial negotiations to drive business results.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, marketing strategies, forecasting, pricing, and managing retail marketing spend for our brands in the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop new retail leads and pitch our brands to new retail partners
  • Drive the implementation of distribution business plans for our retail brands
  • Present current products and new product launches to existing and new retail partners
  • Secure and manage top-tier retail partners in APAC to meet financial targets
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns for product launches
  • Responsible for monthly reporting, profit & loss analysis, and performance measurement
What We're Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales and account management in the APAC market with beauty brands
  • High level of knowledge of the Australian retail market in the beauty industry
  • Experience working with Sephora Australia and South East Asia an asset
  • Must have experience managing omnichannel retailers
  • A track record of growing beauty brands through retail partnerships in the APAC market
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High energy, strong sense of urgency, and enthusiasm for the beauty industry
  • Financial acumen for data-driven decision making
