About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Officer to join our team at the NSW Department of Communities and Justice. As a Project Officer, you will be responsible for updating and delivering OIMS training to CSNSW staff, both face-to-face and in virtual classrooms.

About You

  • You have a high level of competence in using OIMS to record services and programs delivered to offenders.
  • You have current knowledge of Program and Services Policy and Procedures, with a particular focus on recording processes.
  • You have successful experience in delivering staff training and mentoring staff.
  • You have the ability to update training materials.
  • You possess effective communication skills.

What We Offer

As a Project Officer, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of OIMS training packages. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in training and development.

Selection Criteria

  • High level of competence in using OIMS.
  • Current knowledge of Program and Services Policy and Procedures.
  • Successful experience in delivering staff training and mentoring staff.
  • Ability to update training materials.
  • Effective communication skills.
