North Sydney Venue Manager Opportunity

Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging role? We are currently seeking a skilled Duty Manager to join our team at a large and busy club in North Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, including food and beverage operations, customer service, and team leadership.
- Oversee a larger supervising team and overall employee numbers.
- Responsible for managing costs, P&L, and KPI's, as well as ordering stock, stock control, POS operations, and payroll.
Requirements:
- A hands-on approach with a focus on FOH operations.
- Large multi-facet venue management experience in food and beverage, gaming, and events.
- Solid experience working with budgets, P&L, and reporting.
- Passion for drinks and food, current trends, and costing associated.
- Advanced licensing accreditation.
- Exceptional communication skills with guests, employees, and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to lead from the front.
- Hands-on and able to multitask.
- Ability to build teams of service-focused and driven team members.
- Solid financial knowledge is a bonus.
