You will ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service while maintaining operational efficiency.Key responsibilities include: Overseeing food and beverage service across multiple outlets within the venue Supporting rostering, stock control, and operational planning Maintaining compliance with licensing, health, and safety standards Leading, mentoring, and developing team members Driving customer engagement and satisfaction Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will be a proven hospitality professional with experience managing high-volume food operations in a casual dining or pub environment.
