We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer support and providing administrative assistance where required.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and implement customer advice documentation in a timely manner and assist with the delivery of quality advice.
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in adviser led appointments.
- Provide administrative support where assistance is required in meeting customers strategic needs.
- Use our process and systems proactively whilst supporting the business in delivering customer outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the Financial Advice Industry, a highly regarded Diploma of Financial Planning and/or related degree, customer-centric skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
