Strata Support Consultant Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service professional to join our Southport office. This role is integral to our core business of delivering exceptional strata management services to clients.

As a Strata Support Consultant, you will work collaboratively with our team to deliver value to customers and turn challenges into opportunities. We pride ourselves on having fun while working hard to be the best in the industry, and we foster a warm and friendly approach that sets us apart.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to a high volume of inbound calls and emails from external clients, industry contacts, and internal branches.
  • Confidently managing customer expectations about critical tasks and responsibilities.
  • Providing excellent customer service by being informative, courteous, and professional to all internal and external customers.
  • Ensuring that exceptional customer service is maintained, and complaints are resolved proactively.
  • Ensuring that all data is entered into our systems accurately and promptly.
Requirements:
  • At least one year of customer service experience in a professional services industry such as insurance, financial services, real estate, etc.
  • Possessing passion for providing excellent customer service.
  • Cert III level education preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional data entry and document administration skills.
  • Natural communicator who ensures stakeholders are informed.
  • Tending to identify problems quickly, understanding customer service workflow, and focusing on solutions.
  • Making effective use of multiple technology systems and software (Contact centre software, CRM, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
