Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced rehabilitation professional to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and empathetic individual to work with clients living with illness, disability, or injury, supporting their return to health and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare experts, employers, and clients to develop and implement effective rehabilitation strategies.
  • Design and deliver injury prevention programs and workplace education initiatives.
  • Evaluate client needs, review treatment plans, and identify suitable employment opportunities.
  • Provide expert rehabilitation services across various schemes, including workers compensation, life insurance, and employer-funded programs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Possess tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • Hold General or Provisional registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or be eligible for ASORC membership.
  • Previous experience in Occupational Rehabilitation is highly valued.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and time management skills.
