Job Summary

This position is pivotal in ensuring the seamless flow of daily cash transactions for retail customers. You will oversee a team responsible for payment processing, reconciliations, and loan contract administration.

Beyond day-to-day operations, you'll spearhead improvement initiatives, streamline workflows, and serve as an expert on loan management platforms.

  • Direct and coordinate daily payment, transfer, and receipt operations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reconciliations, with issues escalated and resolved promptly.
  • Provide coaching, development, and performance management for the team.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to align operational processes for better service outcomes.
  • Lead the implementation of new loan products, system improvements, and process enhancements.
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges, identify root causes, and drive sustainable fixes.
  • Participate in company-wide projects, testing, and technology rollouts.
