Job Title: Cash Operations Team Leader

Overview

This is a key position within the finance team responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of daily cash transactions. The role involves managing a team and overseeing payment processing, reconciliations, and loan contract administration.

Responsibilities
  1. Direct and coordinate daily payment, transfer, and receipt operations to ensure timely and accurate execution.
  2. Ensure that all reconciliations are completed promptly with any issues escalated and resolved effectively.
  3. Provide coaching, development, and performance management for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to align operational processes for better service outcomes.
  5. Lead the implementation of new loan products, system improvements, and process enhancements to drive business growth and efficiency.
  6. Troubleshoot operational challenges, identify root causes, and drive sustainable fixes to minimize downtime.
  7. Participate in company-wide projects, testing, and technology rollouts to stay ahead of industry trends.
