Job Description

The role of the Cash Operations Officer is a pivotal one, sitting at the heart of our organisation's financial operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, working closely with various stakeholders to achieve this goal.

Key responsibilities include managing internal Treasury Operation services ticketing systems, monitoring and escalating bank payment feeds, validating bank transactions, and maintaining the bank signatory register.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of experience in a similar Operations role in the Financial Services industry or a corporate environment, with strong Excel skills and excellent organisational and time management skills.
