Senior Operational Risk Professional

This role is a senior position in the Commodities and Global Markets Operational Risk team, focused on supporting the Client Fulfilment function that drives client onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) refresh processes.

  • Provide critical support to the Client Fulfilment function ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and strengthening controls across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct thorough control assurance activities and investigate incidents to ensure effective risk management.
  • Work closely with audit and assurance teams to review control effectiveness and implement targeted solutions.
  • Deliver engaging risk workshops and training sessions to enhance stakeholder understanding.

Requirements include 3+ years' experience within Operational Risk, Assurance, Financial Crime Risk or Client Onboarding/Refresh, along with expertise in working with diverse stakeholders and collaborating effectively across various seniority levels.
