As a senior educator, you will play a key role in creating learning environments that inspire and nurture young children.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the centre manager and leadership team to deliver high-quality programs that make a positive impact on children's lives.

You will enjoy guiding and nurturing our dedicated teams to deliver best practice in education and care.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services and/or Bachelor of Education.
  • Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within a long day-care centre.
  • Practical knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
