As a leader in education, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of senior secondary English and Languages curriculum across various schools. This role involves providing strategic advice to educators on teaching methodologies, syllabus design, and assessment strategies. You will lead and manage projects that develop resources and materials to support syllabus implementation and provide guidance to educators on quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic advice to educators on senior phase curriculum, teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Lead and manage initiatives and projects related to syllabus development, resource creation, and assessment strategies.
  • Guide educators on quality assurance processes and oversee the development and maintenance of syllabuses and supporting resources.
  • Coordinate and prepare correspondence, reports, and policy advice on curriculum and assessment development.
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge in senior secondary English and Languages education, including syllabus design and assessment principles.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills with the ability to lead teams to achieve results within timelines and budget constraints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
