Restaurant Front of House Manager

The role of Restaurant Front of House Manager is to oversee the smooth running of events and manage daily operations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for people, service, and storytelling, and be able to bring this enthusiasm to our dining room.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless communication between front-of-house and kitchen staff.
  • Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage staff rosters and scheduling to maintain high standards of service.
  • Maintain a high standard of staff presentation and venue appearance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
  • Hold a valid RSA certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of team management, rostering, and daily operations.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Reliable and proactive with the ability to work full-time on a stable basis.
