Facilities Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations across a multi-site estate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and compliant management of our buildings, encompassing day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

The Facilities Manager will oversee building maintenance, health and safety, and relationships with third-party contractors. This includes managing daily facilities operations, ensuring buildings are safe, compliant, and well maintained.

The role also involves implementing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and coordinating reactive repairs. Additionally, the Facilities Manager will conduct regular site inspections to uphold health, safety, security, and building standards.
