We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our building surveying services. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of building surveying services, providing leadership and recommending initiatives to improve service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications and experience as a Building Surveying Practitioner Level 2 relevant to Western Australia Building Commission requirements. They will also possess comprehensive knowledge of relevant legislation, regulation, and requirements within Western Australia.
In this role, you will develop business plans for the building surveying team, including setting goals, action plans, and risk management. You will also monitor team activities and provide regular reports to demonstrate alignment with corporate objectives and operational plans.
To succeed in this position, you will need to have excellent leadership and office management skills, including budget monitoring and managing stakeholder relationships. You will also be required to develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of the building surveying team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate building surveying services to ensure customer focus, efficiency, and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Develop business plans for the building surveying team, including setting goals, action plans, and risk management.
- Monitor team activities and provide regular reports to demonstrate alignment with corporate objectives and operational plans.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of the building surveying team.
Requirements:
- Formal qualifications and experience as a Building Surveying Practitioner Level 2 relevant to Western Australia Building Commission requirements.
