Job Title: Audience Forecasts Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our audience forecasts team as an Audience Forecasts Analyst. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in analysing audience data and using this analysis to generate audience forecasts for upcoming programming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial audience analysis and predictive modelling: Utilize analytics tools and techniques to analyse audience data, including viewership ratings, demographics, and viewer behaviour patterns.
  • Industry Monitoring: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in audience measurement tools and industry trends. Assess and adopt where appropriate new methodologies, technologies, and best practices to enhance our audience forecasts capabilities.
  • Implementation and maintenance of predicted audiences within our trading systems: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of predicted audiences to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and analysis of predicted ratings and their accuracy: Provide actionable insights to help inform future approaches.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in business, marketing, communications, or other related fields.

Skills: Analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.

Other Requirements: Interest in television and the digital media landscape, including emerging trends and platforms.
