Job Summary

This is a unique project management role that is business focused. As a Strategic Retail Project Lead, you will lead end-to-end project management, planning, execution, and delivery of projects using both agile and waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, control, and reporting of projects.
  • Monitor costs, timescales, and resources, and take proactive action when deviations occur.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across the local environment and the wider Woolworths group.
  • Develop and deliver effective change communication plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Requirements

  • You will bring a growth mindset and have proven capabilities to communicate and influence at all levels including executive.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering complex projects end to end ideally within the retail/FMCG sector.
  • Build collaborative relationships across a diverse stakeholder base.
  • Leverage your large-scale, fast-paced corporate experience to manage risks and make pragmatic decisions.
  • Previous experience leading large scale transformation projects would be highly desirable.
