About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Operational Services team as a Supervisor, where you will be responsible for supervising and providing training and support to the team.
You will have demonstrated ability and experience in this area, as well as high level organisational skills with an ability to utilise problem solving strategies, prioritise and allocate tasks.
As a leader, you will have high level interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team, and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- To supervise and provide training and support to the Operational Services team
- To maintain high standards of quality, safety and compliance across the team
- To develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure efficient operations
- To lead and manage a multidisciplinary team to achieve service delivery goals
- To communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability and experience in supervising and providing training and support to the Operational Services team
- High level organisational skills with an ability to utilise problem solving strategies, prioritise and allocate tasks
- High level interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
