Job Title: Business Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced business leader to drive the continued growth and success of our organization. This leadership role will be responsible for the entire scope of business operations, from service delivery and quality assurance to financial performance and strategic planning.

  • Strategic Leadership and Business Development:
    • Create and Implement Strategic Plans:
      • Develop and execute the company's strategic plan to achieve long-term growth, sustainability, and market leadership.
      • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in the regulatory landscape to inform strategic decisions.
      • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand presence and foster key relationships.
    • Operational Management:
      • Oversee Daily Operations:
        • Ensure the seamless and efficient delivery of high-quality services.
        • Lead, mentor, and develop the senior management team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
        • Ensure all operations comply with relevant legislation, industry standards, and contractual obligations.
        • Implement and refine operational policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
        • Manage workforce planning to meet client needs effectively.
        • Take responsibility along with senior staff for the financial performance and profitability of the business.
        • Drive financial sustainability through effective cost control, revenue optimization, and efficient resource management.
      • Quality Risk Compliance:
        • Safety and Quality Champion:
          • Champion a culture of safety and quality across the organization.
          • Ensure the organization meets and exceeds the requirements of all relevant quality standards.
          • Oversee the risk management framework, identifying and mitigating operational, financial, and clinical risks.
          • Manage all aspects of clinical governance to ensure the delivery of safe and effective person-centered care.
        • People and Culture:
          • Foster Positive Workplace Culture:
            • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture that reflects the values of the organization.
            • Lead workforce development initiatives, including recruitment, retention, training, and performance management.
