About the Role:
- Lead the delivery of in-home aged care and NDIS services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to clients.
- Supervise and support a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans tailored to individual client needs, ensuring seamless care delivery.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, upholding the highest level of professionalism.
- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and investigate issues and incidents, maintaining accurate records.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards, promoting excellence in care delivery.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Registered Nurses (RNs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs), supporting their professional growth.
Requirements:
- AHPRA Registration.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must be a Registered Nurse with a strong clinical background.
- Aged Care and NDIS experience is preferred.
- NDIS Workers Screening Card.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, extensive leadership, and management experience.
- Current Flu and Covid Vaccinations.
- A valid Police Check.
- Full working rights in Australia.
- Driver's Licence.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
