Experienced Clinical Lead for Aged Care and NDIS

About the Role
As an experienced clinical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality aged care and NDIS services to our clients. Your strong clinical background and passion for leadership will enable you to manage a team of care professionals, develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of in-home aged care and NDIS services
- Supervise and support a team of care professionals
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual client needs
- Evaluate the quality of care provided and make improvements as necessary
- Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong clinical background and registered nurse qualifications
- Aged care and NDIS experience preferred
- Demonstrated working knowledge of current aged care standards, accreditation, and auditing processes
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and extensive leadership experience
