About the Role

As a cruise supervisor, you will lead a team in a premium dining space on a luxury vessel in Sydney Harbour. This is a hands-on role perfect for hospitality professionals.

A standard working day consists of up to 12 hours within the hours of 07:00 and 00:00. Shifts commence and finish at Jones Bay Wharf.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team in a premium dining space on a luxury vessel in Sydney Harbour.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and crew members.
  • Manage inventory and resources effectively to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • National RSA Competency Card (essential).
  • Provide First Aid (essential).
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong personal presentation and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • People leadership skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and keep composure.
  • Reliable, self-motivated and proactive.
