Harbour Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Harbour Service Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring that they have a memorable experience at our hotel.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking orders and answering guest queries with a warm and welcoming demeanour
  • Completing closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas
  • Understanding menu content, menu changes, and promotional activities
  • Maintaining cleanliness within your area and managing the settlement of customer accounts
  • Undertaking basic beverage preparation, acting as a barista or bartender as directed, and assisting setting up the Gantry Restaurant
  • Performing all job duties as requested by Supervisors and meeting and connecting with our guests to give them an experience beyond their expectations

Requirements:

  • An up-to-date RSA certification
  • A genuinely warm and welcoming demeanour
  • Energising motivation and a passion for the industry
