About Sydney Harbour Attractions

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skipper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for skippering our vessels on Sydney Harbour, providing fun and light-hearted commentary about the sights of Sydney Harbour, and demonstrating excellent communication skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Complete daily safety checks of the vessel, engines and equipment.
  • Basic maintenance duties and repairs with maintenance crews as required.
  • Complete daily Pre start / closed down documents.
  • Customer service and care.
  • Follow company procedures and policies.
  • Safe boarding / disembarking of passengers.
  • Safely operate the vessels on Sydney Harbour.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to safety, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for working on Sydney Harbour.

A Coxswain & Marine Engine Driver 3 qualification is highly desirable, along with experience in jet boating and water taxis. A current 1st Aid Certificate is also required.
