Senior Director of Global Commerce and Customer Experience

As a Senior Director of Global Commerce and Customer Experience at Cognizant, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across the entire customer experience and commerce lifecycle. This role requires a strong network in the APAC market, engaging with stakeholders at all levels, as well as colleagues from different backgrounds.
You will source, shape, and manage large, complex deals, while also having informed executive-level conversations and deep dives into topics with experts from IT and business addressing functional areas.
This position involves mastering the consulting craft, grooming, and growing teams, with a focus on building businesses from the ground up and taking them to market.
You will take pride in your team's success, seeing it as your goal to bring through the next wave of talent and work closely with leadership to gain investment, shape strategies, hire, and train resources.
The ideal candidate has global experience and relationships, preferably having worked across APAC and EMEA/NA, with an extensive partner network both locally and abroad.
You will be seen as a thought leader by partners such as Salesforce, commerce tools, Adobe, Amazon, Google, and others.
