Events Support Specialist

Job Overview:
- Deliver exceptional support services for a range of events across various Arts and Cultural Services facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance, customer service, security, room set-ups, pack-downs, and cleaning tasks with high attention to detail.
- Offer expert knowledge in building/venue lighting and sound equipment, ensuring seamless event execution.
- Maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, patrons, and employees, fostering a positive experience.
- Cultivate sensitivity towards individual needs and values, providing a welcoming environment for all.
- Perform physical tasks such as manoeuvring furnishings and managing set-ups in a timely manner.
