Project Contract Management Role

This project contract management role supports project managers on one or more major projects, overseeing subcontractor procurement, contract administration, reporting, and financial control. The ideal candidate will have strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working on new-build commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer head contracts, subcontracts, variations, progress claims, and RFIs.
  • Assist with budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting.
  • Attend and contribute to client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience as a contract administrator working for a head contractor.
Preferred Skills:
  • Strong understanding of contract administration principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
