Key Position Overview

The role of Senior Dynamics 365 Developer is a key position within the Department at AEMO.

This team is responsible for implementing and supporting various business applications for internal and external stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities
  • Manage integrations between project management software, finance & operations, and CRM to enable seamless data flow across project, financial, and customer processes.
  • Develop and maintain automation, workflows, plug-ins, and custom applications using Power Platform tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Maintain system documentation and configuration records to support governance and knowledge sharing.
  • Provide end-user training and guidance to improve adoption and maximise value from CRM and PPM integrations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience configuring and customising Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions in a complex enterprise environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise integrating project portfolio management with finance & operations and CRM.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform for building workflows, automations, and reports.
  • Experience designing and implementing system integrations, including data mapping, workflows, and API-based connections.
