Senior Dynamics 365 Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our digital team. This opportunity involves working on a large-scale enterprise platform with significant integration to Azure services and other technologies.

  • The successful candidate will design, develop, deploy, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and associated integrations.
  • They will develop quality applications and services, including custom workflows, plug-ins, and Power Platform components.
  • This role requires participation in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog refinement with business analysts and product owners.
  • The candidate will contribute to build and release processes within Azure DevOps, ensuring best practice ALM.
  • They will create and maintain technical design documentation and solution artefacts.
  • Collaboration with testers, developers, and project staff to deliver within sprint timeframes is essential.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Key Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Dynamics 365 Developer role (preferably at Senior level).
  • Strong experience implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) within Dynamics 365 build and release processes is required.
  • Experience with modular solutions using managed solutions is necessary.
  • Demonstrated Capabilities:
  • Working with business analysts and product owners to translate requirements into functional/technical designs.
  • Building and updating entity models within Dynamics 365.
  • Participating in agile ceremonies (user story grooming, prioritisation, estimation).
  • Producing and maintaining technical design documentation.
  • Proficiency with Azure DevOps, GIT, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.
  • A strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules, solution lifecycle, and development best practices is required.
  • Hands-on Expertise:
  • Workflows, Power Automate/Cloud Flows, Plug-ins, Client-side scripting.
  • Power BI, Power Apps, and Portals.
  • Unified Client Interface (Canvas Apps).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and integration with Dynamics 365 is necessary.
