The Role Overview

We're proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the new Inclusive Employment Australia program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. This means we'll be supporting more people than ever to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers — and we're growing our team to help make it happen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with disability, injury or health conditions as they prepare for a fulfilling career.
  • Guide people through the job-readiness journey - helping them build confidence, develop skills, and achieve their career goals.
  • Empower individuals to take control of their future and feel ready to step into the workforce.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand each individual's goals, strengths, and support needs.
  • Provide tailored coaching and regular check-ins to maintain motivation and progress.
  • Connect participants with upskilling opportunities, hands-on experience, and group-based activities.
  • Collaborate with employers and community services to open pathways to employment and training.
  • Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.

You love getting to know each client's unique strengths, goals and challenges so you can coach them effectively and build their confidence for their next career. At the same time, you enjoy engaging with employers; taking the time to understand their business needs so you can prepare candidates who are the right fit.

You're proactive, professional, and detail-oriented, always maintaining accurate records and upholding a high standard of service. Above all, you lead with integrity, empathy, and a commitment to inclusive, person-centred support.
