About The Role

Breakthru is proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland. We'll be supporting more people than ever to access meaningful employment and build lasting careers — and we're growing our team to help make it happen.

As a Partnerships Coach with Breakthru, you'll work side-by-side with participants to explore their career goals, build confidence, and support them into meaningful employment. You'll understand their strengths and aspirations, offer tailored coaching, link them to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors. It's a fast-paced, people-focused environment where your energy, empathy, and commitment to outcomes will shine.

You'll also work closely with employers to understand their business needs and provide staffing solutions that genuinely fit. This includes delivering training, promoting inclusive hiring practices, keeping accurate records, and driving engagement through proactive networking.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and create career opportunities, matching clients to suitable and sustainable roles.
• Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
• Engage and work with employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
• Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
• Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
• Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
• Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
• Promote Breakthru as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.
• Meet or exceed internal and external performance benchmarks.
• Champion Breakthru's values of inclusion, empowerment, and person-centred practice.

About You

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. You may have experience or a genuine passion for employment services. You're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. You're outcomes-focused, highly organised, and thrive in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You enjoy taking time to understand an employer's business — its people, culture, and challenges — so you can identify staffing solutions that truly fit. Your relationship-building skills help you connect with clients and employers alike, while your ability to deliver training and knowledge of inclusive employment practices can make a lasting impact. You're proactive with marketing and networking, and you pay attention to detail to keep records accurate and professional. Above all, you approach work with integrity, confidentiality, and a commitment to high-quality, person-centred service.

Essential Criteria

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions
• Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Current Driver's License - essential
