About The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team that delivers employment services and supports people with disability, injury or health condition to achieve their career goals. We're proud to be selected by the Department of Social Services to deliver the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program across key regions in New South Wales and Queensland.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Source and create career opportunities for clients, matching them to suitable and sustainable roles.
  • Champion inclusive employment and workforce diversity, focusing on people with disability, injury or health condition.
  • Engage and work alongside employers to address skill shortages through role carving and inclusive recruitment.
  • Broker work experience to build participant skills and assess employer/client compatibility.
  • Prepare workplaces to support and retain participants via adjustments and disability confidence training.
  • Facilitate employer training to boost disability awareness and inclusion.
  • Build employer and community networks to create job opportunities.
  • Promote Royal Rehab Group as a trusted provider supporting people with disability to achieve career goals.

About You

You bring empathy, energy and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you'll thrive in this fast-paced, people-first environment.

  • Confident supporting people, building trust and guiding them into meaningful careers.
  • Outcomes focused, highly organised and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Lovely taking the time to understand an employer's business; its people, culture and challenges so you can identify staffing solutions that truly fit.
  • Relationship building skills help you connect with clients and employers alike, while your confidence in delivering training and knowledge of inclusive employment practices allows you to make a lasting impact.
  • Proactive with marketing and networking, and your attention to detail ensures records are kept accurately and professionally.
  • Above all, you approach your work with integrity, confidentiality and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred service.

Essential Criteria
  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
  • Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury or health conditions
  • Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Current Driver's License – essential
