About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager Aftersales to join our team in Victoria. As a key member of our Scania Australia team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of Scania parts, services, and contracts throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Cold calling and meeting with potential customers to prospect new business and expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with the National Aftersales team to coordinate marketing activities and campaigns.
  • Support the development of sales pipeline and customer visit schedule to maximize effective selling time and minimize excess travel time.

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous business-to-business sales experience within the automotive or similar industry.
  • Strong sales, negotiating, and influencing skills.
  • A drive for results and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for growth and business development.
  • Automotive or industrial experience preferred, with a strong understanding of automotive requirements and parts and service related knowledge.
