Role Overview
Scania Australia is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance Team in Campbellfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the administration and management of invoices, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices, ensuring compliance with creditor terms and conditions
- Manage supplier relationships and create new suppliers as required
- Administer and maintain Basware and Fraedom systems
- Respond to queries and provide support on invoice processing, payments, and EOM procedures
- Verify payment details and ensure accuracy before submission to the bank
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in accounts payable, general accounting knowledge, and exposure to Procure to Pay systems. You will also have good computer literacy and experience using MS Office and data entry into a centralized system. Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly beneficial.
