About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to deliver impactful projects in some of Australia's most iconic regional locations. As a Project Manager – Construction, you'll be based within our high-performing Development team, driving projects from concept through to completion.

You'll lead continuous improvement across project systems and guidelines, monitor consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure cost-effective outcomes, and manage project budgets and timelines throughout the lifecycle of each build.

  • Manage a portfolio of development projects across greenfield and infill categories.
  • Drive projects from concept through to completion.
  • Lead continuous improvement across project systems and guidelines.
  • Monitor consultants, contractors, and trades to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines throughout the lifecycle of each build.
  • Apply customer insights, environmental considerations, and ESG priorities into every project decision.

Key Responsibilities

• Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications in construction or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in project or construction management.

• Proven ability to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects.
